Tutto è a portata di mano ma nei ricordi e le parole di nonna Silvia esiste ancora il mondo di una volta, un libro aperto sul passato, fatto di esperienze di vita, belle e brutte, ma comunque vere, che hanno segnato profondamente la sensibilitàdi questa semplice donna dalla grande dignità e dai modi ancora gentili. Un tuffo quindi non solo nella verde collina umbra, ma anche volendo una conoscenza da vicino di una zona e di una mentalità ancora antica, lontana dalle sovrastrutture moderne e rimasta ancora pressoché pura. Grazie alla posizione strategica, dall’Agriturismo Silvia Letizia Grazie è possibile raggiungere e visitare tutte le più belle città d’arte dell’Umbria: Assisi 5km, Spello 14km, Perugia 16km, Todi 55km, Gubbio 66km, Spoleto 46km, Orvieto 91km, Bevagna 24km e le sue bellezze naturali: Monte Subasio, Lago Trasimeno, Parco Naturale dei Monti Sibillini e le Cascate delle Marmore. Inoltre tra le tante attività nelle vicinanze potrete provare: parapendio, paracadutismo, roccia, bungee jumping, rafting sul fiume Nera, escursioni speleologiche a Narni e alle Grotte di Frasassi.
La Casetta è ricavata da un piccolo casolare del 1800 e forse anche di epoca anteriore: infatti, è situata di fronte alla Chiesa di Costa di Trex datata 1500. La Casetta è pervenuta agli attuali proprietari dalla nonna Letizia. In suo ricordo e insieme a Silvia, titolare dell’azienda, è nata la denominazione dell’Agriturismo ’Silvia Letizia’. La Casa di Rufino, invece, in pietra rosa del Subasio è molto più recente, infatti risale al 1956. Sia la Casetta che la Casa di Rufino godono dello stesso meraviglioso panorama: si affacciano entrambe nella valle del Parco Regionale del Monte Subasio, dove, per ogni stagione cambiano l’aspetto e i colori: dal verde intenso della primavera interrotto solamente da macchie di rosa e bianco dei fiori di pesco, ciliegio e melo, al giallo dell’estate con i suoi campi di grano, a tutte le tonalità che vanno dal rosso, al marrone e al giallo dei boschi autunnali. Per passare alla neve d’inverno quando tutto assume un aspetto incantato. Che dire inoltre dei magici tramonti rosso fuoco e delle aurore delicate piene di aspettative per il giorno che sta per arrivare? Tutto questo vorremmo condividerlo con voi, con la vostra sensibilità che ha scelto una vacanza semplice ma piena di stimoli positivi per rigenerarsi immersi tra arte e natura.
